The Ministry of Finance has announced a significant extension for filing the D-270 Informative Declaration (Monthly Summary of Clients, Suppliers, and Specific Expenses).

We understand that adapting IT systems takes time, so the new deadlines are as follows:

• • 2025 Period: May be filed within the first 25 calendar days of June 2026.
• • 2026 Period: The declaration must be filed monthly, but may be submitted no later than the first 25 calendar days of January 2027.
• • From 2027 onwards: Strict monthly obligation, within the 25 calendar days of the following month.
