The Ministry of Finance has submitted a new measure for public consultation that seeks to make it mandatory to register telephone numbers linked to economic activities, including those used for SINPE Móvil. The public consultation period began on June 25 and will end on July 16, 2026. During this time, interested parties may submit their written comments to: dntt@hacienda.go.cr
